Joel Fiscus

CCS – Christian Service Brigade

Joel Fiscus serves as National Director of Field Staff (U.S. and Canada) and Men’s Ministry for Christian Service Brigade ministries.

His first role is to lead and manage the team of Regional Directors; several of the ways he does this is by providing mentoring and spiritual discipleship, assisting each R.D. in establishing annual goals and holding these men accounable in the areas of both personal and ministry goals.

His second role in relation to men’s ministry is to lead efforts to implement a strategy for Men’s Ministry. He identifies and assists in making the necessary tools available to both the R. Ds. as well as the men serving in local congregations who work with boys and young men. This role provides opportunities to travel and speak on the important topic of building godly men and men’s responsibility in preparing the young men of the next generation in becoming a godly man.

CSB’s Vision is to see godly men who serve, lead and disciple each generation. It’s mission is to build godly men of today and tomorrow.

Joel lives with his wife Deb, and daughters Shawna and Sara in Christiana, Pa.
